Santoku is a cross between a cooking knife (gyuto) and a chopping knife (nakiri). The tip of the blade, which is directed downwards from the center of the knife, allows you to find a more stable support on the work surface and a larger cutting surface. Well suited for cutting and chopping meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. Santoku is a very popular utility knife in Japanese homes. Thanks to the wider blade, it is very convenient to use the santoku to lift chopped food from the cutting board to the pot.

Classic Damascus Pakka A collection characterized by excellent cutting properties and a distinctive, minimalist design ideal for modern kitchens. The VG-10 core enveloped in 32 layers of Japanese steel creates the characteristic "Damascus" pattern on the blade, which harmonizes beautifully with the riveted handle made of black pakka wood. Mcusta Zanmai MCUSTA, a Japanese company founded in 1964, specializes in producing high-quality kitchen knives. Their expansion has reached the world, allowing both domestic and professional users to enjoy knives with professional edges. The word ZANMAI is synonymous with luxury, which is of paramount importance in the production of each knife. In the initial stage, the knives are laser-cut from steel sheets, resulting in high hardness. They are then cold-forged to increase steel density, wear resistance, and the aforementioned hardness. The key to Mcusta's knife quality is their manual assembly, emphasizing their quality and uniqueness.
